[TERMs Character] Oto

Oto is yet another TERMs character I created to represent the literary device known as "Onomatopoeia".

He's an obnoxious salesman who loves using sounds and phrases as a means of persuasion. He's basically a living embodiment of an old comic book and a noise maker fused together.

And yes...his eyes are always shining like that.
